We’ve stayed at other Premier Inn branches before, but this was our first time at the Canning Town one. The hotel is pretty decent and in a very good location near the Tube station. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect any frills, but the rooms have consistently been clean and the beds comfortable. This time, our stay was made even better by the friendly reception we received when we arrived. Jannatus, the staff member who checked us in, was very helpful and informative. She made us feel really welcome right from the start. This will definitely be our first choice for future trips to London. Rooms – 4.5 Service – 5.0
My husband and I stayed at Premium Inn (Canning Town) for 7 nights at end of Dec 2025 to beginning of Jan 2026. We had a very pleasant stay. The room we had was the wheelchair accessible room. This room is big and comfortable. Simply love the atmosphere within the Inn. The staff were helpful and kind. A big thanks to Ms Labone who served us a couple of times when we enquired at the counter for some assistance. She was assuring and professional. We are looking forward to our next stay :)
Stayed last night at this premier for a concert at the O2. The location is ideal for the O2 with the Canning Town tube station journey being two minutes to the area. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating they even upgraded us to a premier plus room as it was our first time staying in their hotel. Great experience highly recommend great price also
We stayed at the Premier Inn Canning Town and were very impressed with the size of the room and cleanliness. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and a great location. But best of all was the service. The lady at the front desk desk in particular could not be more helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn London Canning Town and Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly. A special mention to Jannat, she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The dinner was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was well-prepared. The dining area was clean and well-organised. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk from transport links, making it easy to get around London. Overall, a wonderful experience. we would definitely stay here again!
We stayed 2 nights for my son’s birthday. It was a perfect location for us to then travel into central London. Yes, the hotel is next to an underground/DLR line, however, even though our room faced that way, it did not affect our stay at all. It was not loud enough to keep us awake. In fact, my son, who loves trains was chuffed he could watch them from the window. Katie was amazing! She had to come to the room to make my Sons bed up, she spoke to him about his birthday and when we got back to our room the next day she had arranged for a cake to be left for him. He was over the moon. What a lovely touch! Keneisha and Joshua are also a credit. When we tried to get a table for dinner, Keneisha had to tell us that it was busy so we went elsewhere but decided to have dessert there later on, which was a bit of a wait, but the next day she apologised again and arranged a complimentary drink. Joshua is a friendly face as soon as you walk in. He arranged for extra towels for us, when we wasn’t left any. He looked after our luggage after we checked out. Honestly, we’ll be back. Thank you so much! The staff are a credit and I hope this is recognised!
We recently stayed at Premier Inn London Canning Town and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the Premium Plus room had everything we needed — fridge with complimentary water, tea/coffee facilities, iron, and ironing board. The lounge was perfect for relaxing, and transport links to ExCeL London and other parts of the city were very convenient. What truly made our stay exceptional was the manager, Ms Labone. Our family member is autistic, and she treated him with incredible dignity, patience, and kindness. She ensured our room suited his needs perfectly and even made special tea for him while we waited for a taxi. Her care and professionalism went far beyond what we expected truly seven-star service. Because of Ms Labone, we are now lifelong fans of Premier Inn. Thank you for making our stay so special!
